Educational Institute for Democracy and Civil Society in Eastern Ukraine, second year

The second year of the project titled “Educational Institute for Democracy and Civil Society in Eastern Ukraine” (VIDOS) started with a ceremony in the auditorium of the Kharkiv National University of Economics on 24 October 2011.
