Petr Fiala
He is the founding member and chair of CDK. A political science professor, he is the former head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations and European Studies at the Faculty of Arts/Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University (1993-2004), the Director of the International Institute for Political Science (1996-2004), the Dean of the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University (2004), and the current (since 2004) Rector of Masaryk University. He specialises in comparative political science, political parties and interest groups, European politics, and the political dimensions of religion.
Zdeněk Granát
He is the Director of CDK and the head of a publishing and typography studio. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology.
Jiří Hanuš
He is the Director of the Institute for Christian Studies, the head of the editorial board of the journal Církevní dějiny and a member of the editorial board of the journal Kontexty. He is a professor of history at the Department of History of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University. He focuses on the history of Christianity and on cultural history of the 19th and 20th century.
František Mikš
He is the Director of the Institute for Politics and Culture, the chief editor of the journal Kontexty and the chair of the editorial board of the journal Revue Politika. Before 1989, he worked as a coal-stoker and janitor and focused on preparing samizdat magazines and books. Since 1990, he has worked as a professional publisher of academic and non-commercial literature and has been active in non-profit organisations. He is an author and co-author of several studies, books, and collections of articles. He is also the editor-in-chief for the publishing house Barrister& Principal, where he is in charge of the "History and Theory of Art" series.
Stanislav Balík
He is the Executive Director of CDK and a research fellow at the Institute for Politics and Culture. He graduated from Masaryk University with a doctorate in history and political science. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University.
Iveta Frízlová
She is an EU legislation analyst and a project coordinator at the Institute for Politics and Culture. She assists in coordinating relations with international institutions, mainly in the area of subsidiary rights and financial support. She holds a bachelor's degree in English literature and a master's degree in European studies from the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University.

Kateřina Hloušková
She works as a transformation and democratisation projects coordinator and a research fellow at the Institute for Politics and Culture. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, with a doctorate in history. She specialises in diplomatic and cultural relations in modern Europe, art history, and literature.
Ondřej Krutílek
He is an EU legislation analyst and the editor-in-chief of Revue Politika. He graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, with a master's degree in political science, international relations, and European studies.

Petra Kuchyňková
She is an EU legislation analyst. She graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, with a doctorate in political science, international relations, and European studies. She specialises in current EU affairs, common agricultural policy, and East-European dimensions of the EU's external policies. She also specialises in current Russian foreign policy and EU-Russia relations.
Jan Vybíral
He is a CDK project coordinator in history and Christianity and an editor of the journal Církevní dějiny and other publications. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology, the University of South Bohemia. He teaches philosophy and ethics at the Evangelical Academy in Brno.
